Our Favorite Team Memories
If you’ve ever spent time with our team, then you’ve probably noticed we all love spending time together. In fact, being supportive of one another is what helps us continue to innovate.
We love to work hard. After all, the medical devices we create have the power to save lives. But we also love to play hard. Here’s a look at some of our favorite moments spent together as a team.
The quickest way to the heart is through the stomach, right? The same can be said for our team. That’s why we love hosting team lunches. We know even the most dedicated person can burn out if we don’t show them how much we appreciate them.
Recently, we’ve been purchasing lunch once a week from a local small business for all of our essential workers. Back before COVID-19 hit, we held regular get togethers, like our team barbecue. Check out this photo from last summer. Now there’s a bunch of good looking, talented people!
If you’re a longtime reader of our blog, this one probably won’t come as a shock to you! Every year, we attend MD&M West, which is a huge conference for medical device professionals from all over the world.
MD&M is always a blast, because we get to meet so many brilliant, fun people. Plus, last year we took part in the booth crawl, where attendees grabbed a drink and then visited each exhibitor’s booth. What’s better than medical technology and cocktails?
We can’t wait for it to be safe to attend again in the future! To keep our spirits up, here’s a photo of our team members, Rick and Joe, attempting a (nearly passable) selfie. Keep practicing, guys!
Even when we don’t schedule events together, our team still finds time to make memories. If you’ve ever been around Grand Rapids, you’ve probably seen us out having drinks and enjoying each other’s company at a local restaurant or bar.
We love to laugh, spend time together, and make memories. After all, when we can have fun together, it makes it that much easier to work harder as a team to create innovative, high-quality medical devices.
So the next time you’re out and you see us having fun, feel free to stop over and say hello. After all, we’d love to make memories with you, too.
